Relaxing by the Colgate Clock

I concluded an invigorating run near the Colgate octagonal clock early this morning, which was a great way to start my Thursday!

Fast forward to this evening; while taking a stroll to decompress from a busy workday, I decided to open my Google Photo App and review the pictures I took early this morning as a way to relax my mind.

As I was scrolling through my camera roll and reflecting on this morning’s lovely experience, my inner voice told me to share a portion of my journal entry with you; thus, the reason for this spur-of-the-moment Thursday night post!

Right as I was getting ready to upload and submit this post onto my #LinkedIn feed, all of a sudden, my cell phone began to ring. 📞

When I looked at the caller id on my #iPhone screen, Alicia, one of my weekend running members and a dear friend, was calling to tell me the Saturday meetup location.

I know what you are thinking right now. Was it Alicia Keys calling Anthony first thing this morning? 🤔

After exchanging pleasantries with Alicia, she informed me that our group decided on Central Park for this Saturday’s morning run.

With that in mind, there’s a good chance that my Saturday post will have a Central Park theme to it, so stay tuned. 😊

Well, friends, that does it for this post. Until we meet again on Saturday at 11 am #NYC time, have a pleasant evening, and Happy Friday!
