Brookfield Place & P.J. Clarke’s

On a cold and dreary Thursday evening in the Big 🍎 Apple, I caught the train over to Brookfield Place to attend a #networking event at P.J. Clarke’s.

Before linking up with the group, I took a quick stroll around the North Cove Marina at Brookfield Place, allowing myself to enjoy the sights and sounds of this lovely and well-known area.

So while making my way to the restaurant, I came upon a bright green and yellow sign with information about a nearby Art Walk, which piqued my interest.

After reading the huge multicolored sign, I began walking in that direction to check out the art!

Even though it was foggy and now starting to drizzle 🌂 outside, I was still #grateful for this spontaneous moment I was about to experience, walking around the marina intentionally; and mentally acknowledging the beauty of everything in the general vicinity.

Well, friends, you know I could keep writing ✍🏽 for another hour straight; however, I am getting ready to walk into the restaurant, so I have to stop journaling right now.

I will catch up with you later this evening in the comments section or on Saturday at 11 am #NewYorkCity time. That’s when I will release the next issue of my newsletter, Reflections by Anthony Sledge.

Until then, have a pleasant evening and a spectacular weekend ahead. Let’s go!
