A Peaceful Evening Stroll

After watching the evening news, I went outside for a brisk 🚶🏽 walk because I needed to clear my head.

With thoughts of #love and #peace for all of humanity on my mind, I started to wander around my neighborhood and soon came upon a restaurant with those cozy outdoor dining bubbles.

When I was about 30-feet from the eatery, I began to hear the beautiful sounds of people laughing as they were having a good time enjoying dinner in heated dining bubbles.

As I walked past the restaurant, I got a whiff of the delicious food the patrons were eating, which made my stomach growl.

For a brief moment, I thought about going inside the restaurant to order some take-out; however, I resisted the temptation and stuck to my original dinner game plan, which on this night was a homemade grilled chicken caesar salad. 🥗

Folks, I roamed around my neighborhood for another twenty minutes, eventually stopping to sit down on a bench near my crib, see below, to journal ✍🏼 my thoughts for eight straight minutes!

Once I finished journaling about this latest experience into my iPhone journal app, I decided to share a portion with you via this post on this first night in March.

Well, friends, that does it for my latest spur-of-the-moment post. I am now relaxed and getting ready to devour my homemade grilled chicken caesar salad. LOL!

Until we meet again on Saturday at 11 am #NewYorkCity time, please keep shining your light and have a peaceful rest of your week.
